"I have recently purchased a Samsung 42" Plasma HD TV. Model # PS42Q97HD from Teleland. I am very pleased with this television. The picture and sound are excellent. It has "Freeview" integrated in it and it was very easy to set up. The speck on this TV is what you would expect to get on much more expensive makes. One minor point I wish to bring up is with the picture in picture facility. Apparently this only works if you have a HD device connected to the TV. Ie: a HD DVD recorder etc. I ordered the TV on line and all was straight forward however I wanted some advice on the telephone and when I phoned Teleland I was surprised to find that my calls were answered by a message on an answerphone. I didn't partucularly like this and became a bit aprehensive about having just made an order and paid £765 on line. However the guys at Teleland did reply to me, allbeit a few hours later,and they were able to satisfy my enquiry.
I could have bought this TV for £70 less at another on line company but Telelands extra 4 years warranty swayed me. I received this TV during the first week in July and was very pleased to see that it's build date was as recent as June 2007. Delivery was made within 4 days. I will definitely use Teleland again if they have something I wish to buy."

"SD pictures OK but our signal is not very good here so no worse than my old CRT. Freeview via a digibox is absolutely stunning. DVD is also absolutely stunning. Mind you I was watching a Shania Twain concert and she is stunning anyway....

I'm so glad I didn't pay out an arm and a leg for a 40 inch Sony (as was on the list at one point) as quite honestly I do not think I would have appreciated the difference (if there is one....)
