Delivery Times
Delivery is usually next working day once payment has been received but can take slightly longer depending on the payment method or if the delivery address is different to the card's registered billing address. Although most orders are usually dispatched immediately, we do not guarantee next day delivery and some orders may take slightly longer so please allow up to 5 working days for delivery. If you would like to place an order but it is urgent and you require next day delivery then please contact us to confirm this. Please note that all customers are emailed when their order is dispatched, informing you that it will arrive the next working day between 9:00am to 5:30pm.

We recommend paying via debit card as it is the fastest delivery and is usually next working day. Bank transfer or cheque payments are also usually next working day delivery once payment has cleared, which can take up to 7 working days. Saturday delivery is available on certain orders upon request and is usually £19.50. We do not offer Saturday delivery as an option on the website but if it is highly necessary then this can be arranged. If you would like to place an order for Saturday delivery then please contact us prior to placing an order and we will confirm a price if the service is available. Please note that Saturday delivery is usually only available for UK Mainland orders.

Delivery Address
We understand that you may need your order to be delivered to another delivery address and not just the billing address. That is why we allow our customers to choose a convenient delivery address which can be different from the one registered with your bank or credit card company. This is a service that we are proud to provide and many of our competitors cannot provide. Please note that in certain situations we may need to apply a security check to prevent any unauthorised transactions. This is to protect both ourselves and the card holder from any fraudulent transactions, therefore please be aware that by selecting an alternative delivery address it may delay your order by a couple of days in order to conduct relevant security checks.

Multiple Items
We are more than happy to offer discounts on multiple item orders if possible. This is not always possible as our prices are already very competitive, but if you are interested in purchasing several items then please feel free to contact us and we will do our best to see if we can reduce the total cost of the order.
